Taylor Fry, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Taylor Fry is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner dedicated to helping patients move better, feel better, and achieve optimal health through a holistic, hands-on approach to care. She is passionate about supporting the body’s natural balance and function, empowering patients to take an active role in their well-being.
Taylor completed her undergraduate studies in Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor and spent several years practicing as a Kinesiologist before pursuing her training in osteopathy. She graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, completing over 1,500 hours of supervised clinical experience.
Her approach to treatment is rooted in the osteopathic principle that the body functions as an interconnected whole. By addressing how structure influences function,
“TAYLOR WORKS TO RESTORE ALIGNMENT, IMPROVE MOVEMENT PATTERNS, AND SUPPORT THE BODY’S INNATE ABILITY TO HEAL.”
Her treatments are designed to create harmony throughout the body, enhancing efficiency, reducing strain, and promoting long-term health.
Taylor is proud to be part of the team at Valero Wellness and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She welcomes individuals at all stages of their health journey and is happy to answer questions about how osteopathy may support their goals.
Outside of the clinic, Taylor enjoys spending time in nature, exploring creative outlets such as painting and crafting, and connecting with friends and family.
