Brandi Rivait, Medical & Usui Reiki Master, Registered Yoga Therapist
Brandi Rivait is a Medical & Usui Reiki Master, Reiki trainer, yoga teacher, healing arts advocate, wife and mother to her son Mickey. She has been teaching and practicing complementary and alternative medicine for over 11 years in the Essex County community.
Brandi was the owner and operator of Integrative Healing & Yoga for over 9 years and is a nurturing, knowledgeable and fun-loving person. Her passions are the healing arts, natural healing, clean living and optimal health and wellness for all.
Brandi has completed 200hr Hatha yoga teacher training, 500hr Integrative yoga therapy teacher training, 20hr Restorative yoga teacher training, Usui Reiki Level 1, 2 & Master training, Medical Reiki Master Training, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) Basic training, DONA Doula Training and Childbirth Education training.
Full Moon Ceremony:
The Full Moon is a time to release all that is no longer serving us. Brandi hosts a Full Moon Ceremony where we work with the moon through meaningful journal prompts, accompanied by guided meditation. This class induces a deep state of relaxation and allows our bodies to relax, heal, and release physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Notebook, pen, and comfy clothes required.
