Hydrotherapy is the use of water in any form or at any temperature for the purpose of healing. Peat baths are recognized worldwide for their exceptional restorative properties and healing benefits.

The full submersion bath is at a therapeutic temperature range of 105 - 113 degrees Fahrenheit, for 7-20 minutes. Natural PEAT consists of decomposed vegetable matter and is high in nutrients and minerals.

Peat gently removes dead skin cells, enhances circulation and leaves skin feeling soft and glowing. The bath is followed by a 30 minute wool blanket and sheet wrap to stimulate a vigorous perspiration process to complete detoxification. A full treatment lasts 1 to 1.5 hours.

Useful for: back pain, poor circulation, sore muscles, PMS, hemorrhoids, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, strains, sprains, sports injuries, metabolic disorders, eczema, obesity, colds and flu, general detoxification.
